Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the FMAI: AI Asset & Dividend Tracker app (the “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Xdive (the “Service Provider”) as a freemium service. The Application is provided “AS IS”.

1. Information We Process

1.1 Data stored on your device (default)

When you enter financial information (cash, fixed deposits, stocks, liabilities, notes, groups, watchlist, transaction history, etc.), it is stored in a local database on your device. This data is not uploaded as a full cloud backup of your portfolio.

Optional app lock (PIN / biometrics) settings are also stored on device. PIN is used only for local app unlock.

1.2 Technical / anonymous cloud identifiers

To provide online features, the Application may create or use:

• An anonymous Firebase Authentication ID (not your name or email; created automatically, no sign-up form).
• Device and app diagnostics needed for reliability and security (e.g. App Check / Play Integrity tokens, app version, basic performance signals).
• Network-related technical data processed by our cloud providers (e.g. IP address as part of normal internet requests).

1.3 Market & exchange-rate data (not your personal holdings)

The Application downloads public market prices, dividends, and exchange rates from our backend (Firebase / Cloud Functions) and caches them on device. Requesting a symbol may record that symbol in a shared “priority / popular symbols” pool so prices can be refreshed for users — this is a stock ticker, not your personal portfolio.

1.4 Subscription / purchase data

If you purchase or restore Pro, billing is handled by Google Play (or Apple, if applicable). We use RevenueCat to verify entitlements. Purchase tokens and subscription status may be processed by Google Play / Apple and RevenueCat under their policies. We do not receive your full payment card number.

1.5 AI feature data (only when you use AI)

If you generate an AI stock report or portfolio summary:

• Watchlist / stock report: symbol, company name, language preference, and date may be sent to Google Gemini (via Firebase AI) to generate the report.
• Portfolio weekly summary: aggregated portfolio series (e.g. asset names, balances/values over recent weeks, currencies, notes included in those records) may be sent to generate the summary.
• Generated reports are saved on your device (and portfolio summary may be cached in local preferences).
• For Pro usage limits, we may store an AI usage counter in the cloud linked to your anonymous user ID (month + count), not your full portfolio dump.
• AI inputs are used to produce the report you requested. We do not sell your financial data. We do not use your personal financial data to train public AI models for unrelated purposes.

1.6 Analytics & performance

The Application may use Firebase-related services (e.g. Analytics, Performance Monitoring, App Check) to understand stability, crashes/performance, and basic usage of the product. These are technical signals, not a full export of your holdings.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide asset tracking, market prices, dividends, exchange rates, and calendars.
• Provide optional AI analysis reports you request.
• Verify Pro subscriptions and free-trial limits.
• Secure the backend (authentication, App Check) and prevent abuse.
• Improve reliability and diagnose technical issues.
• Respond to support requests if you contact us.

3. Third-Party Services

The Application relies on third-party processors. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services / Google policies
• Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, App Check, Analytics, Performance, Firebase AI / Gemini)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)

Market data may be obtained via third-party market data sources used by our backend. We do not control those upstream providers’ uptime or accuracy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with processors only as needed to run the Application (cloud hosting, AI generation, subscription verification, analytics/security). When you use AI features, relevant inputs are processed by Google’s AI services to return a report.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• On-device portfolio data: remains until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app / clear app data. Uninstalling removes local data (there is no automatic cloud backup of full holdings).
• Anonymous cloud IDs, AI usage counters, and technical logs: retained as needed to operate the service and then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
• Deletion request: email support@fmai.app (or the support email listed on the store listing). Tell us your request; for cloud-linked counters we may need the approximate device/time of use. Local data can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling.

6. Security

We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) for network traffic. Backend write access to market collections is restricted; user-scoped cloud documents require matching authentication. Optional biometric / PIN lock protects access to the app UI on your device. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Children

The Application is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. International Processing

Our service providers (e.g. Google, RevenueCat) may process data in data centers outside your country. By using the Application you understand that such processing may occur subject to applicable law and those providers’ safeguards.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the updated policy.
